Provide them with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. 2.2. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and a return shipping address. 2.3. Please ensure that the returned product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return shipment.

  3. Refunds 3.1. Once we receive your returned product and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. 3.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 3.3. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for any shipping charges, restocking fees, or discounts applied at the time of purchase. 3.4.   4. Exchanges 4.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
